At the same time, reports have surfaced regarding his lobbying activities in the United States, indicating a broader tactic that extends beyond conventional courtroom mechanisms.

The case continues to progress through the judicial system, with key hearings and motions shaping the timeline for potential restitution. Investors should be aware that appeals, evidentiary reviews, and other procedural steps can affect how quickly any funds may be returned. Outlook for Affected Investors

Next to the considerable seized assets, efforts to identify and freeze further assets belonging to the defendants are still ongoing. While this represents a positive step toward eventual restitution, payouts will not take place until all judicial proceedings, including appeals, have been completed.
