Alex Reinhardt Ultima Ponzi: Fraud Risk Alert. How It Works and What Victims Can Do (2026)

If you invested in ULTIMA tokens, ULUCKY tokens, UTrading, UGrid, or any platform tied to Alex Reinhardt and found your withdrawals blocked or your tokens worthless, you are not alone and you are not imagining things. What you experienced follows an exact, repeating pattern: funds flow in, tokens are issued with an inflated paper value, withdrawals become impossible, the platform collapses, and Reinhardt launches a new brand to capture the next wave of victims. Ghana's financial regulator issued a securities fraud warning against Ultima in July 2026, confirming that official scrutiny has now reached this scheme. DefendMe analysts have mapped at least fifteen interconnected platforms built by Reinhardt since late 2023, all designed to extract fresh deposits while stranding previous investors with tokens they cannot sell.

How It Works

The Ultima operation is built on a single structural deception: tokens are assigned impressive-looking trading values that only exist on Reinhardt's own controlled infrastructure. Outside that infrastructure, nobody actually cashes out. Investors are shown account balances denominated in ULTIMA, ULUCKY, UCN, or whichever token is current, but those balances cannot be converted to real currency through any independent exchange. When enough money has been collected and withdrawals become unsustainable, the specific platform is quietly shut down, and a migration tool appears to convert the worthless tokens into a new set of worthless tokens on the next platform.

The corporate structure is deliberately opaque. The entire Ultima ecosystem is tied to Senta Tech Limited Liability Company, a shell company purportedly registered in Tbilisi, Georgia, at an address shared by many other companies, a characteristic pattern of shell company registration factories. The listed registrant, Lyudmila Zhukova, has no public profile connected to Ultima, which is consistent with the use of a purchased or nominee identity. Reinhardt himself is originally from Russia, later moved to Germany, and operates primarily from Dubai, a jurisdiction that has historically attracted MLM crypto operators seeking distance from enforcement.

Recruitment follows a classic MLM pyramid mechanic. Investors purchase token packages ranging from EUR 550 at entry level to EUR 110,000 at the top tier, then earn commissions by bringing in new participants. The commissions are paid in the same worthless tokens, which means the only people extracting real value are those at the very top of the recruitment chain. Trading bot subsidiaries such as UTrading and UGrid promised automated returns, with Ultima Trading marketing returns of up to 150 percent annually. Both UTrading and UGrid have since posted collapse notices on their own websites, with UTrading confirming it was discontinued on June 29, 2026, and UGrid confirming discontinuation on July 8, 2026.

The current active vehicle is ULucky, which reframes the investment as an unregistered crypto lottery. Participants purchase ULUCKY tokens using real euros, and those tokens are entered into lottery draws with advertised bitcoin prizes. No jurisdiction appears to have licensed this lottery. This pivot from trading bot fraud to unregistered gambling is consistent with a scheme that has exhausted its trading bot narrative and is now deploying a new psychological hook to sustain deposit flow.

Red Flags. What Victims Reported

Investigation Findings

DefendMe analysts mapped the Ultima ecosystem by reviewing domain registration records, website footers, redirect chains, and publicly available corporate registry entries. The review identified at least fifteen distinct branded platforms all connected to Reinhardt's operation: ultima.io, Ultima Migration (ultimamigration.com, registered December 1, 2025), UTrading (utrading.com), Ultima Trading (ultimatrading.com), UGrid (ugridbot.com, registered March 19, 2026), DefiU (defiu.com), UPass (upass.com), UWallet (uwallet.com), UConvention (uconvention.com, registered November 26, 2025), UBusiness (ubusiness.com), UChain (uchain.com), Smart Pass (smart-pass.com), Ultima Cashback (ultimacashback.com), Ultima Travel (ultimatravel.com), Ultima Store (global.ultimastore.com), Ultima Energy (ultima.energy, registered December 16, 2024), TPT Token (tpt-token.com, registered June 11, 2025), Ultima Lucky (ultimalucky.com, registered June 5, 2025), and ULucky (ulucky.com).

The redirect architecture reveals a deliberate funnel. Clicking action buttons on UTrading, Ultima Trading, UGrid, DefiU, UConvention, and Ultima Cashback all route users to UPass, which functions as the central investor back office. This means a single login system controls access to deposits and account balances across all branded platforms, giving Reinhardt unilateral ability to freeze withdrawals across the entire ecosystem simultaneously. The UWallet app, listed under Senta Tech LLC on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, extends this control to mobile users, with a sideload option also provided for devices where official stores are unavailable.

Corporate layering adds further obstruction for victims attempting to trace their funds. Ultima Cashback's website footer still carries Platin World LTD branding and a St. Vincent and the Grenadines address. Ultima Travel's terms and conditions reference U-Business Global LLC, also described as a St. Vincent and the Grenadines entity. Ultima Store's footer references Platindeal LLC, described as a Georgia shell company. The use of multiple nominal corporate entities across multiple low-oversight jurisdictions is a structural characteristic of fraud schemes designed to defeat civil recovery actions.

Criminal Context and Enforcement Landscape

Ghana's Securities and Exchange Commission issued a securities fraud warning against Ultima in July 2026. This is a formal regulatory action by an official government body, and it establishes that at least one national authority has determined Ultima's activities to be unlawful securities conduct. Victims in Ghana and in other jurisdictions where securities laws apply to token investment solicitations may have grounds to file formal complaints with their national regulators, referencing the Ghanaian action as supporting evidence of the scheme's nature.

The broader Ultima operation fits within a well-documented category of serial MLM crypto Ponzi schemes that regulators across multiple continents have pursued in recent years. Schemes using nominee corporate registrations in Georgia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, operating out of Dubai, and building MLM token pyramids on proprietary blockchains have drawn attention from the SEC, the FCA, BaFin, and multiple national police agencies, though no specific enforcement action by those bodies against Reinhardt's current Ultima entities has been identified at the time of publication. The unregistered lottery operation within ULucky raises additional exposure under gambling and consumer protection statutes in the European Union and United Kingdom, given that Reinhardt markets to European audiences and hosted a promotional event described as a Berlin Grand Gala in April 2026.

Victims who deposited real currency or cryptocurrency into any Ultima platform should preserve all transaction records, wallet addresses, and communications immediately. These records form the evidentiary foundation for regulatory complaints, civil claims, and any future criminal referrals. Do not contact Reinhardt's platforms seeking refunds, as doing so may expose victims to secondary recovery scams operated by the same or affiliated actors.

What Victims Should Do Now

  1. Stop all deposits immediately into any Ultima, ULucky, UTrading, UGrid, DefiU, or affiliated platform. Adding more funds will not unlock previous withdrawals.
  2. Do not pay any fee, tax, upgrade, or unlocking charge to recover your funds. Legitimate recoveries never require upfront payments. This is a secondary scam.
  3. Preserve all evidence now: screenshots of your account dashboard and balances, all transaction confirmations, wallet addresses you sent funds to, emails, chat logs, and any promotional materials you received.
  4. Do not contact the platform or any representative claiming to help you recover funds. This creates a record that scammers can use to target you again.
  5. Report to your national financial regulator. Reference the July 2026 Ghana SEC securities fraud warning in your complaint. In the EU, report to your national competent authority. In the UK, report to the FCA.
  6. If you sent cryptocurrency, submit your wallet addresses and transaction hashes for professional on-chain tracing. Blockchain records are permanent and may identify where your funds were moved.
  7. Consult a specialist platform that handles international fraud recovery cases to assess your options under civil or criminal law in relevant jurisdictions.
